In-School Performance Booking Form

In-School Performances introduce your students to professional artists in dance, theatre, music, puppetry, storytelling and more!

• The dates listed with each performance are set dates.
• These performances are 45-50 minutes in length.
• The performer(s) typically need about 45 minutes to one hour to set up and break down their set.
• The deadline to book your performance is Monday, October 12th, 2026.

Reminders:

• Performances are built for an audience size of up to 300 students.
• Morning performances typically have a start time between 8:00 am-9:30 am.
• Afternoon performances typically have a start time between 1:00-2:30 pm.

Types of Performances:

• Single Performances (1): One 45–50 min performance (morning or afternoon).

• Double Performances (2): Two back-to-back 45–50 min performances in the same morning or afternoon with the same artist (Example: First performance: 9:00 am, Second performance: 10:00 am).
